No, seriously, who are these fuckers and when did they get so goddamn obnoxious?
I hope to God that Costello's team ends up in the bottom. And that he laughs at all of them as he skips off the stage with his shiny immunity.
(I was more happy with him winning last week than I was with his dress winning. However, the more these idiots harp on the damn thing, the more gorgeous it starts to look to me ... admittedly out of spite, but still.)
Oh, and Gretchen? How about instead of "coddling" Michael, you go tell Ivy not to be a horrible bitchy twit?

Vacation in a week! \o/
That said ... ugh, money. I knew I was sort of pushing it with this trip from the start, but I need the mental break like crazy, pun not intended. I'm also trying not to struggle with the whole "poor people aren't allowed to want anything" thing. It's working as well as can be expected, considering I keep looking at the hotel room cost and thinking, "I could just stay home and pay a bill and ... uh, start crying myself back to sleep again every other night when my stress finally bubbles over? Ugh."
I'll be able to afford it. It's not really a problem. My brother's supposed to contribute something, and I keep budgeting for the worst-case scenario of him giving me nothing toward the gas or food or the hotel. Plus, I've got the credit card just in case.
However, I remembered today I still have to send in $36 for my car registration and it turns out that my work has been deducting the wrong amount for my 401k so they're taking an extra forty bucks out of my check for next week. Which isn't that bad of a ding to my vacation budget, honestly. I guess I'm just sick of the fact that my past month has been budgeting and budgeting and budge--OH FUCK I HIT A DEER.
Oh, and when we come back from DC I really rather desperately need to go clothes shopping. It doesn't bother me so much that I'm out of shape as much as it does that I've outgrown even more of my clothes. I already told my brother that what I really, REALLY want for Christmas since I'm going to do the whole college thing is to go school shopping. Like, old-school school shopping, where you buy a few hundred dollars' worth of new clothes and shoes and underwear and whatnot, and THEN hit Staples and buy ALL of the school supplies. Not have my mom buy me new clothes, but to buy MYSELF new clothes.
Oh, and also a new netbook for classes, but only if my parents can afford it. My netbook will only be two years old as of December, but it's already crashed once and I really don't want to take the chance that it'll crash when I've got actual classwork on there.
