I had trouble getting the EPUB version to upload to Lulu, so if anybody specifically needs the EPUB version, I have no problem going the Paypal/email attachment route.

I know it's not an actual book with an actual publisher on an actual bookshelf in an actual bookstore, but even so I still came very close yesterday to crying because this is as close as I've ever come to everything I've ever fucking wanted.
