apocalypsosOh, good, my landlord just raised my rent by thirty bucks.

(Granted, I did sort of see this coming, as the town is putting in a new $10 million sewer system which we really need since the current one is crap -- no pun intended -- and the sewer bills are switching from our water bills to our rents as a result, but it's one thing for your mom, the councilwoman, to remind you it's going to happen, and another thing entirely for your landlord to stop by and confirm it. *sigh*)
