Yay, my Yuletide assignment!

apocalypsosI got my Yuletide assignment, and I'm VERY happy about it. It's a fandom I've asked for before and never gotten, so that's awesome, and it's also asking for characters I'd never thought about writing for, which is great, because God knows I love the "challenge" part of "fanfic challenge".
And now, before I forget, my Dear Santa letter:
Dear Yuletide Santa:
Hi! First off, I'm really happy that you're writing a story for me for Yuletide. I hope you have a great time doing it, and luckily for you, I'm very open-minded, so the one thing I can say I'd like is just for you to have fun and do your best. If your best steers you in a different direction than I did in the same fandom, go nuts!
However, I don't imagine you came here looking for nothing, so here's some specifics on each of my requests:
1. Titanic - I would really like a story in which both Rose and Jack survive, and things aren't as great as they thought it would be once they get back to America.
I watched the movie again recently, and I really do love it in spite of its flaws. That said, the one thing I've always wanted in this fandom is an alternate ending, one where they both live and escape to America. My thing, though, is that I'd like to see cold, hard reality smack them in the face. They've only known each other a few days, they have no money or home, and there's still a lot they don't know about one another. I'm not sure I want a completely unhappy ending -- I certainly want their love to thrive while tested, if possible -- but if you want to write them going their separate ways at the end, I just might be depressed in the best possible way.
2. Actor RPF - Crack fic! Absolute crack fic. Anything goes -- the only requirement is that it be CRACK AS HELL.
I did this before one year and the responses were hilarious, so I thought I'd do it again. The actors you want to use are yours to choose -- I'm pretty well-versed in Hollywood actors and their personalities, so it's all good -- and I just want crack. Wizards, superheroes, secret zombie fighters, silly AUs where they all meet as toddlers in day care, whatever. Feel free to go absolutely batshit. :)
3. Project Runway RPF - I just want Gunnar/Christopher fic. The rest of the details are up to you, although I've been craving bitchy!hatesex pretty much all season. (If that pairing's not up to speed, please check my Dear Yuletide Santa letter for other options.)
Let's be honest - the fact that those two went from sniping at one another constantly to hugging when Gunnar was auf'd is slash fic waiting to be written. I love that they're both sort of enormous catty bitches, and Christopher is kinda my spirit animal, so if you think you can pull them off, go nuts. However, if you can't, I've been watching the series since the very first episode of season one, so if you feel the urge to write another slash or femslash pairing throughout the years, I'll probably squeal with glee. (My personal favorites are Daniel V./Andrae, Andrae/Tim Gunn -- OMG, a story where they actually go to Red Lobster for charity or something and fall in love on their date would be bliss -- and Nick/Andrae from season two, or Mondo/Michael Costello.)
Also, in general:
I am not looking for rape, abuse, watersports, scat, or basically anything TOO awful or gross in any of these stories. Aside from the Titanic prompt, actually, where I'd like to roll around in angst like a pig in a mud puddle, I'd prefer as little darkness as possible.
Have fun, though. Above all else, that's all I ask. :)
