It's a reference to the Crystal Gamgee affair over on fandom_wank a few days back. If you missed it, among her other transgressions, she was editing her head onto photos of the LOTR actors (and editing their heads onto her personal photos) to make it look like they were best buds. At some point, someone said, "My hed iz pastede on yay!" and it stuck.

Personally, it's guaranteed to make me smile, particularly if said exactly like Special Ed from Crank Yankers.
