Well, back from the mall. Instead of getting a DVD stand, which can wait, I got Jurassic Park and the PoA computer game, which ... er, can't. (Note to Suncoast: You're killin' me here, people. I should not have to wander over to Best Buy to find a copy of Jurassic Park.) I also picked up the latest issue of People, which has an exclusive interview with Britney and Kevin that's guaranteed to lower your IQ, induce vomiting, raise your blood sugar, and warp the minds of fragile little children all in one fell swoop.
Also ducked into Linens N' Things and got a Chinese lantern-type lamp and a squishy little pillow. *snuggles pink squishy pillow*
EDIT: Note to self ... add The Core to the list of movies to review. Dude, that one's just asking for it.

Date: 2004-07-10 10:38 am (UTC)I adore the Core. As bad a movie as it is, I love it. It's got a cute hero who doesn't want to be there and doesn't think he's a hero [which is a whole new direction for the 'unlikely hero' angle], a plucky but not glamorous love interest who only kisses the unlikely hero once...
...and Alfre Woodard.
Plus, you know -- horrible death by microwave San Francisco!
And stir fried wok Roman style!
cheeheee!
