You know, [livejournal.com profile] linadarkstar brought up exactly what I thought when I read that the administration's new terror alert info was three years old.

Let me get this straight ... you have information from three years ago that says Al-Queda will attack financial and government institutions? Funny, so do I. They're called back issues of newspapers, and they're dated September 12, 2001. Try again, fucksticks. Sheesh.

EDIT: Note to self ... first pee, then paint your nails. Because otherwise, you're going to be debating whether to go to the bathroom or save your manicure like you're doing right now. *eye roll*

ASPIRING MOVIE PRODUCER OF EDIT: They need to make the book Swan Song into a movie, if only to use "We Will All Go Together When We Go" on the trailer. And also because, after watching The Core, I'm pretty sure DJ Qualls would make an excellent Roland.

SMALL-TOWN REDNECK RELATIVE OF EDIT: You know what I could be doing right now? I could be in my hometown, playing cheesy carnival games, buying stuff at cheap-ass sidewalk stands, eating funnel cake and cheese fries, and drinking fresh-squeezed lemonade. *seethes*

ANNOYING COUCH POTATO RELATIVE OF EDIT: I'm picking up "A Night to Remember", "Outfoxed", and "The Atomic Cafe" from Amazon.com this week. Yay for thinking stuff!

No, that's not what I meant.

I have an idea for some icons I would like to bounce off you.

Would you trade feedback for items from your DVD wishlist?

Like what? Let's keep in mind that my icon-making abilities don't extend really, really fancy ones or animated ones.

"Outfoxed" the Rita Mae Brown book?

Am ridiculously silly dog person, though.

You'll review Atomic Cafe for us, won't you? Or at least provide a commentary on it?

The found the info recently. It's comparable to if they found stuff today from 2000 saying 'We plan to blow up the WTC'. (Did that last sentence make sense?)

Now the goverment has fucked up many times but I do not believe they did so in this situation.

Yes, but you have more wit than I, so I was hoping to borrow your snark. Especially since I can't make icons at all.

Any particular fandom or subject?

I know, it just sounds kind of odd when it gets mentioned like that, what with the timing of it and all.

Nope. I know there's another Troll Princess running around the 'net, but I have no idea what websites she's on. (She tends to turn up when I Google myself when I'm bored.)

Is the e-mail you gave me a while back still valid?
