Hackers are trying to prove that using computerized voting machines without hardcopy backups might be a bad thing. Good for them. Considering how my last two computers died, I wouldn't trust them in a national election to save my life.

EDIT: Halle Berry wants to mak another Catwoman. That, my friends, is a lot of crack use.

Also, I'm trying to think of a DVD to get my brother. I'm wavering between Spirited Away and Old School, both his type of movie. (The kid only has ten DVDs. Considering we share the same gene pool, this is a travesty.)

I read that as "Halle Berry wants to mark another Catwoman", which just seems wholly appropriate. Just lean the film canisters up against the wall and spray.

Another Catwoman? So what would be the villain this time? An Evil Fashion House? An Evil Tanning Salon? An Evil Shoeshop?

Of course, this might not necessarily be a bad thing. I mean... er... actually, I can't think of any way in which a Catwoman sequel would be a good thing.

I would see it if Michelle Pfieffer was in it, beating the living cat-shit out of Halle.

Like, for the entire two hours. Across a city block lined with broken glass, razor blades and Legos.

What, you've never stepped on Legos in bare feet? Agony, I'm telling you.

I really think Halle's next move should be to join the Witness Protection Program. If she makes one more bomb, she's going to be in physical danger.

Diebold is evil. Remembering that will serve you well.

Oh, and Halle Berry is funny. Hee.

Michelle Pfeiffer, Eartha Kitt, and the other Catwomen should definitely tag-team Berry. Catsuit pride must be avenged. I can just see it:

Speaking for the majority of the male population, I must request that the movie be called "Catfight: The Movie" - See Women wrestling and fighting for two hours!

Guaran-teeeed box office gold, baby.

In happier (for you news); heres the offer. I am uploading the images I want to use as user pics. For every four icons you give me ideas for, I will buy you a dvd of your choice from your wishlist. What do you say? I am asking for ideas for captions, not that you make the icon yourself. I need to learn sometime, and this would be a way to do so.

And yet Halle complained that comic book roles like Storm were beneath her? Okay!

Ah, Halle, that is indeed good crack you're on. Did you miss the universal panning of the first movie? Yes?

As for the DVD...oh! oh! Spirited Away! (Not that I have a real strong opinion or anything...)

I would go see a Catwoman sequel in which each of her nine lives was extinguished as creatively as possible. But mostly out of morbid fascination.

Obviously I don't know your brother, but I highly recommend Spirited Away. All of Miyazaki's films are stunningly beautiful, and this one is an excellent rendition of a wonderful fairy tale. The fact that it's a distinctly non-Western fairy tale adds to the appeal in my opinion. Heck, it managed to get my rather staid father to admit that anime is a valid movie medium.

...aaaaaaaand I bet that you already know and love (adore?) this movie. Anyway, my vote is for Spirited Away.
