God, if you could please stop killing all the good people, we'd really appreciate it.

This is not the kind of thing anybody should wake up to on a Monday. Sure, the man was paralyzed, but he wasn't supposed to die now. *sniffle*

EDIT: I just popped Somewhere in Time into the DVD player. No, this won't turn me into a blubbering wreck. *sigh* I seriously need to pick up Superman this week. (I imagine sales of that are going to go way up this week.)

There's a conspiracy going on. I swear.

*is sad*

There is no way I can watch Somewhere in Time now. I'm hoping to get married in that hotel.

Ten minutes in and I'm already pretty close to tears. *sniffle*

First time I saw that movie, I decided their love song would be my wedding song.

OK, I've bumped into you enough times. Consider yourself friended.

Friended in return. Typical warning:

I am opinionated and liable to spout off on whatever topic has put a bug in my ear at any given moment.

I am spammy. Much with the stuff about tv, fanfiction, movies.

I draw a lot.

So don't feel obligated, but you can't comment on my LJ without being friended, so you're on my list as I trust you to play nice.

It was it mine. Our parent walked down the aisle to it.

This is a rough morning.

Oh, God, Somewhere in Time. You're really brave to watch that particular movie today.

And I'd have watched Superman in tribute, but that was one of the movies lost in the robbery last year.

If faith and love and belief in a person gives them strength after life, then he really is Superman now.

If I have time, I'm following it up with "Noises Off ..." Hopefully, that'll make me feel somewhat better.

I remember him doing these two movies and Deathtrap to get away from being "typecast" as Superman.

I don't think anyone considers him typecast and stuck in the role. I think people believe he made the role his through his real life struggles.

It's just so sad because he was determined to walk again before he died. Obviously didn't get to do that, but at least he went out with dignity, not just giving up as so many people in his situation would have done.

*nods* I can imagine if I had that DVD on hand I would be a wreck. It's one of my favorite movies.

I'm never having another birthday again. Nope.

Damn, that sucks. :(

I might have to buy Somewhere in Time and Noises Off on DVD, since I don't have them and really should.
