On one hand, I really want some snow already. On the other hand, I could be living in Alaska. Sheesh, I freaked out enough with the five-foot drifts that were taller than me during the blizzards when I was in high school.

Also, the Everyday Superheroes Fanfic Challenge is friggin' killing me. I have waaaaaay too many ideas for this one, and staring at my DVD collection? Not helping. "Bill and Ted need superpowers! Cher from Clueless needs superpowers! Not enough hours in the day ... Aaaaaargh!" It's looking for right now like my first story's going to be a Terminator fic, and you just know that for a challenge like this with a deadline sometime in March, when I say "first story," I mean, "Remember when there was the Day After Tomorrow Challenge and I wrote six fics?" ;) (I'm also dying to write Bree-with-superpowers Desperate Housewives fic, because she doesn't need them, but OMG, could you imagine Bree with them? *bounces up and down happily* I need to watch more episodes, though. *sigh*)

And you know what I haven't watched in a while? Pirates of the Caribbean. *pops it into the DVD player* Ahhhhh. :)

EDIT: Why do I bother reading Watch with Kristin at all? Not because the gossip may be wrong, but because I just dislike her intensely. Blah. Although, out of those Lost spoilers, Shannon had better be having sex with Boone, damn it. I don't even care if one of them's adopted or they're really stepsiblings, SEX NOW WITH PRETTY FICTIONAL NON-BLOOD-RELATED FAMILY MEMBERS OKAY THANKS HAPPY NOW.

Oh, I probably will. I just need to tape a couple of more episodes to get the feel of her.

I also need to tell my X-Men-addled brain that just because she's a redhead doesn't mean I have to give her telepathy and telekinesis. Even though I really, really want to.

If you did give her telepathy and telekinesis, Iceman and Beast could go to pick her up to offer her a spot at the school and make a crack about redheads and those powers that she can go "Hunh?" over. Also, Hank and Bobby. *tempts*
