That may be the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life. *swoons*

EDIT: Another thing to add to the ten-things-I-did-that-you-might-not-have list (hee, they keep popping into my head): My parents brought me to a Queen concert when I was only a year old. Damn it, I saw Freddie Mercury in concert and I can't even freakin' remember! *temper tantrum* (Although it does go to show what cool young parents my mom and dad were. :))

OTHER EDIT: All right, time to write. No internet or TV until I get a chapter done, damn it. *settles in to type like mad*

My first concert was Supertramp when I was...11. My dad told me it would be good-I spent the night scared of the dancing middle aged men. Now, I wish I'd paid attention!

Reminds me of when my mom took me to meet Sam Bowie when I was really young. At that point he was still playing for the University of Kentucky, and wasn't yet the answer to a trivia question ("Who did the Portland TrailBlazers draft, when they could've gotten Michael Jordan?"). Or when my mom took my sister and me to Walt Disney World when we were really young. If it's any indication of how long ago that was, the Epcot Center wasn't completed/opened yet...

I got taken to an Elton John concert when I was about ten -- in fact, I think it was right around my birthday. One of Mom's friends who was going had to cancel and Dad isn't a concertgoer so Mom took me instead. Not bad -- though in recent years I realized I'm no more a concertgoer than Dad is.
