EW's top twenty funniest Monty Python sketches. You know, I love Monty Python to pieces, but I was still surprised how many of these sketches I could just start reciting off the top of my head.

Well, at least those brain cells are being used for something useful. :)

Also, I just realized Finding Neverland came out on DVD yesterday. Um, I should probably go get my copy from Suncoast tomorrow. (If I even have enough in my checking account to spare. *sigh*)

I read that and started reciting "The Spanish Inquisition".

"And here's Uncle Bob in front of the house, and here's Uncle Bob by the side of the house and here's Uncle Bob by the back of the house and here's Uncle Bob by the other side of the house. Oh. Here's the Spanish Inqusition! I didn't expect that!

NO ONE EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!"

Yes. I need a hobby.

I got farther than I expected in the Spanish Inquisition. It was the Argument Sketch I got stumped on early, which saddened the hell out of me because I've only had that thing on every music player I've owned since I first learned about Monty Python.

No you didn't!

Oh... wait. Sorry... I'm flashing back to the skit.

Hee. I'm going to have to add those discs to my wish list.

My fave skit: The lumberjack one and the dead parrot...

The Spanish Inquisition sketch was number one? I never would have expected that.

Dead Parrot's always going to rank as number 1 for me, followed closely by lumberjack and argument.

But... no exploding animals?
"Give me all your lupins!"
"The larch. The.... larch."
"But I'm not dead yet!"
Fishy fishy fishy fish...
"But it's wah-fer thin..."

This all makes me want to drag out all my old MP tapes...
