I'm learning so much about people I thought I knew!!!!

1. Most embarrassing thing: There is no MOST embarrassing thing. But one embarrassing thing that immediately comes to mind was when my friend, Amy, was hitting on me in High School and I didn't realize it until about 8 hours later. ("Ohhhhhh...*that's* what she meant!!") Duh! How naive was I? Actually, the most embarrassing thing was talking with her about it later. Try starting *that* conversation...

2. Scariest thing: Having my car slide off of the road in a blinding blizzard in New Hampshire, in January, at 10:30pm while I was driving back to grad school. Anyone who has ever been to NH knows that everything closes up at 6pm. Gas stations, restaurants, stores, you name it. I was alone in a small Toyota hatchback (Can you guess I'm not a native NH?) and absolutely terrified I would freeze before morning. Also, random boogie men from Stephen King shorts kept visiting my brain.

3. Weirdest thing: besides hooking up with YOU people? *g* Hmmmm...probably pretending to be gay so that I could attend a gay Halloween party with my best friend from college. That's not so weird, you say? The reason I wanted to go was to meet another guy who was, obviously, gay. Yep. That's me. Can't see the forest for the trees. Fortunately, his behavior at said party ended crush. Yay, me!

4. Most famous person: River Phoenix. He lived not far from the University of Florida when I went there and he hung out at places around town while he was home. Also met Joaquin once in a restaurant, but he was SUCH a baby then. LOL. He was maybe 12, and a pretty good skateboarder.

5. If I knew the world was going to end at midnight, I'd probably get together with my hubby, kids and parents. We'd play games, look at photos, and hug a lot. *sniff* Makes me sad just thinking about it.

6. Hmmmm...good question. I loved biology and anatomy and I regularly watch surgery on tv, so I can't say that it's anything related to blood or gore. OH! I know! The scene from the MOnty Python movie where the really fat guy keeps vomiting over and over again. Eeeewwww! That *really* grossed me out! As a matter of fact, almost any of the 'eating' things on Fear Factor completely grossed me out.

7. Probably my hubby because he's got a great sense of direction and LOVES to travel. We'd definitely be the Old Marrieds.

8. Well, it used to be my brother, but then he got married and his wife straightened him out. *g* I'd have to say that I'd pick my friend Nate, but only because he would really ENJOY having his house redone and getting a new wardrobe!!

9. Hmmm...tough one! Probably Emma from the Gwyneth Paltrow movie version, because she ends up with Colin Firth in the end. Ooo...or Bridget Jones because even though she's an idiot with the common sense of a 3 year old, she gets to drink a lot, have sex a lot, smoke a lot, has cool friends, and gets Colin Firth in the end! Heh!
