Just saw a commercial for The Simple Life that actually made me want to watch just that one episode. Why? Because they're working on computer chips. Dude, I once worked on computer chips! Well, okay, fibreoptic circuit boards, but still, there was enough in that commercial to make me want to watch if only to remind myself how much I loved that job. (*whimper* Why'd they have to close down and lay everybody off, damn it? *throws tantrum*)

Also, I'm up to 1,700 words on the monster ficathon entry of dooooooooom. Now, if I could just stop changing my mind about the stupid tense I want to use, that'd be really, really nice.

*sigh* You know, those commercials for Jonathan Rhys Meyers playing Elvis are officially the only time I've ever found Elvis sexy.

I would have thought Jonathan Rhys Meyers was the Anti-Elvis. I'm just having trouble seeing him do a 'smarmy' face.

It's kinda scary how close Jonathan Rhys Meyers looks to the real thing, too. Some of those pictures, I could've sworn to you that he /was/ Elvis.

Exactly. That's probably why I think he looks sexy -- because he doesn't look like Elvis to me, he just looks like Jonathan Rhys Meyers. And mmmm. :)
