Dear strange man coming out of the laundry room with a load of laundry,

a.) I don't give a damn if you can't find an open washing machine to use, so you can feel free not to stop me in the halls to tell me all about how you're moving out because of it.
b.) It's Sunday afternoon, for crying out loud. Why are you so freaking surprised people are deciding to do their laundry now?
c.) Since I was one of the people who'd been lucky enough to get dibs on a washing machine early, you might not want to complain to me how annoying the people who are using the washing machines already are.
d.) Considering how rude and crazy you were acting, I cannot stress again how much you can feel free to bite me.

Sincerely,

Me

well, that's one way of introducing yourself I guess! The ol' 'I'm too shy to act normally => act crazy' routine?!

How is moving supposed to solve his problem? Like there's some apartment complex out there where the laundry room _isn't_ tied up on Sundays? Then again, he seems to think complaining to people somehow solves the problem, so I guess I shouldn't even try to speculate.

Ha, that sounds like my ex-boyfriend. Did he blame the situation on women and minorities, too?

Seriously. I wanted to tell him that I usually do my laundry at midnight on Thursdays (no, really -- with my work, I'm up and perky at that time anyway) because common sense says no one will be washing their clothes then and I end up getting my entire wardrobe washed in about an hour. But telling him that would have involved ... you know, continuing the conversation, and NO.

*snort* Obviously the guy must have just moved out of his mommy's basement if he thinks he can find a clear washing machine on SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Dolt.

Hah, it sounds like this guy never had to live in dormitories at college. I mean, seriously mostly ALL dormitories have their laundry machines tied up on sunday!

Well, he could always move to one of those places with washer/dryer in apartment.

It'd up his rent pretty massively, but, hey, he could do his laundry on Sundays!

Silly me, I used to be annoyed at the laundry machine noise.

But I forgot the crazy I had to deal with...oy.
