Every year in my hometown, they have Old Home Week, which is your basic town festival with the parade and fireworks and stupid games and stuff. It's the first week of August, which is when I'm going back to visit.

My mother?

Signed my entire family up to play Family Feud at Game Show Night.

Did I mention that I am a member of my family?

I wonder if a DNA test and an easily bribed medical technician could get me out of this.

(I'd also like to add that I was really hoping that when she said she signed me up for Game Show Night, she was going to follow it up by saying I'd be playing the Amazing Race. I can dream, can't I?)

Bah. I think I'll go back to the National Zoo site and see if I can spot the baby panda.

Baby panda! On the news they said the baby panda weighed as much as a stick of butter. My mom said we should mold a stick of butter in the shape of a panda. *headdesk*
