Well I tried it for NaNo last year during my Drew Fuller needs to love me time but I have to say, your Jensen/Vampired of Vandling totally gave me the kick in the butt to rewrite my whole idea.

I'm writing a post-Serenity Firefly fan novel in which the crew gets trapped in a Bermuda Triangle-like territory and are trapped in a nightmare-ish reality :) It'll be morbid and creepifying ^_^

murder mystery - or at least that's what it professes to be. Likely that will be just the barest excuse for characters snarkily going on at length. Think Nick and Nora meet Will and Grace - that's the tone

History! About a woman who spies for the British during the Seven Years War. Same series as last year's, except hopefully this will start the series and thus I can start shopping it around after it's edited (lateish next year, I'm thinking?).

Hee. Hopefully. It keeps starting and then stalling and the only time I actually wrote something significant of it was last year for NaNo, so I'm hoping that this year I'll be able to, you know, actually accomplish something as well.

Hmm. I'm still not entirely certain when I want to start it, though. That is somewhat problematic.

An abused, misunderstood, and generally put-upon young girl who develops Special Magickal Powers, is rescued by a snotty yet beautiful mage, and eventually kicks divine ass. The big boss fight at the end is between her and her evil stepmother.

I clutched during NaNoWriMo 2004 because I tried to write something /good/, you see. This year, I'm starting out with the most godawful plot ever, and anything I do can only improve it. My super seekrit plan is to put it on Fanfiction.net and Mediaminer and see how many raving fangirls I get.

God this story is going to be so crappy.

It's a romance between Tyler the Not Particularly Threatening, a fledgling vampire, and Jonathan, a somewhat incompetent witch in training.
