Okay, so here's what I'm looking at right now with each of the things I'm working on:

-- Vampires of Vandling -- Currently about 4,000 words behind. It's not unexpected, because my stupid four-day shift is screwing me up. But this is the last night of my shift, so I'm off until Saturday night after I come home tomorrow morning. And I want to knock out as much of the story as possible because when I finally start getting ahead of my quota, I get to work on ...

-- Category 7: The End of the World -- The tape of which is sitting in my VCR right now. Oh, do I seriously want to recap this. I haven't even gotten to watch it yet, but YESYESYES. And the next half isn't on until Sunday, as if people are going to give a shit that long. Well, people that aren't me, in any event. *snickers* I cut off the last few minutes, but considering that it's only the first half, I doubt those last few minutes involved, "And then the planet exploded. The end."

-- [livejournal.com profile] yuletide -- God, I love ficathons. Have I mentioned that? They make me all squeally and giggly. And that fandom list is my new pure, lovely crack. I printed it out to take with me tonight to work to distract me, because there's no music and no variety and at least now I can think, "Somebody added The Facts of Life to the list? BWAHAHAHAHAHA! I love it!" And I have this odd feeling I know exactly which one of the fandoms I said I'd write that I'm going to end up with, and now I'm filled with this fearful glee.

-- The FH cracktastic romance novel -- Which, not surprisingly, keeps getting put off because of NaNoWriMo. Not that I think it's really hurting too much, because most of the people who said they'd join in were like, "Dude, I've got NaNo and Yuletide and just give me a minute here, 'kay?"

Then after November's over, I can devote most of my time to working on the [livejournal.com profile] yuletide story, trying to finish The Walking Dead of Wilkes-Barre (which has been sitting on the side so I could work on Monsters of Moosic), and yet another MoM edit.

Not to mention 10.5: Apocalypse is out on November 27th and The Poseidon Adventure remake is showing on November 20th. Oh, yes, there will be much bad disaster movie recapping if I can help it. *cackles maniacally*

Okay, there. Now I feel ... well, somewhat organized.

So many stories, so little time. I think I need to organize myself like this. Don't forget the 100 fic comms. :)

Oh, God, don't remind me. I keep coming up with story ideas for Terminator fics only to have to put them aside so I can work on VoV, and it's killing me. The good thing about the 100 fic comms, though, is that there's no deadlines, so I can just hold them off for the ones that do. :)

You've probably answered this somewhere before, but when you've finished Vampires of Vandling, will we be able to read it? (maybe with a nifty picture character page?)

Well, hopefully, I'm going to get it published. It's the third story after Monsters of Moosic and The Walking Dead of Wilkes-Barre, so if I play my cards right, they'll end up in bookstores. :) *crosses fingers*

*crosses fingers too* I wait in eager anticipation.

Anyway, don't feel bad about being behind. I'm under 1,000 and I had certainly hoped to have been farther but alas! Brain breakdowns occur at the wrong time.

You always have so many fics going - I don't know how you do it but I admire you for it nonetheless...I'd end up with characters in the wrong stories and wondering how they got there.

I'm about 2000 words behind on by NaNo but figure as I am home from work tomorrow - I can catch up. I hope. I've been pretty much on target so far...

*taped Category 7: The End of the World and is eagerly waiting for the rest while her family pretends they don't know her*

Exactly. Now I just have to prioritize.
