The more I see "Troy" pictures, the more I realize that the day I spot a het "Troy" fic anywhere in existence is the day I'm going to have to go stand outside on the porch and aim my butt towards the highway so that the monkeys and pigs that will fly out of my ass will have somewhere to go other than in a continuous loop around my bedroom.

EDIT: Correction ... a decent het "Troy" fic that's not a Mary Sue story. Also, considering the abundance of short togas on the guys in "Troy", I wouldn't be the least surprised if the Mary Sues continually drop a lot of coins on the ground and take to wearing mirrors on their sandals.

You give Mary Sues far too much credit. I don't think they're allowed to have thoughts more complex than, LOL, OMG, Orli is hawt or PoTC and Troy remind me of Avril songs!!!11. The concepts of mirrors and angles would only confuse them when not applied to their bathroom wall.

Heh heh. No, you can't stab them - self-insertion is no way to beat the Mary Sue. They must be swallowed up by their own gaping plot hole, never to be seen again. That, or their tiny heads could implode when they realise that the men in 'Troy' have prettier calves than she does.
