A few years ago, I partecipated to Highlander: the Virtual Season - a similar project to yours :) the cool thing about it was that there would be a new episode posted each week, on the same day the ep would be - it did require a little organisation (the authors emailed the ideas to the organisers/editors, they decided on how they could fit together and made a schedule and then gave everyone a deadline).
