I spent my entire 29th year Freaking The Hell Out because I was about to be 30. Every day, I thought, "I'm about to be 30. I'll never be in my 20s again!" Then I turned 30. And it was no big deal. I had just wasted my 29th year.

Advice? (Of course I have some!) Every year is a gift, no matter how scary the number.
