I went to the beach last week, and a plane flew over the island with a banner that said "Snakes + Plane 8/18." My mom turned and looked at me, and said "Are there snakes on that plane? Shouldn't we be worried about that?" True story.

The best thing? Sam, in his own way, was geeking out just as hard. That's what's so cute about him — inside that cool-motherfucker exterior is a raging geek. Even though the Star Wars movies he was actually in were crap, I still love that he got to be in Star Wars movies. And play Shaft. And be in Snakes on a Plane. He's in a position now where he can be in any cool/geeky thing he wants to be in. And so when he was on with Jon, it was two different styles of geek bonding over motherfuckin' snakes on a motherfuckin' plane, and it was just adorable. :)
