There are spoilers up on TWoP for the final three designers on this season of Project Runway.

According to the spoilers, the final three are Jeffrey, Michael, and Laura.

I love that final three. My buddy OTP is there, and then there's Jeffrey, whose collection I'd be really curious to see. It's three entirely different styles done well, for the most part. Obviously, though, I adore Michael and want him to win, both for being a fabulous designer and for being an all-around great guy.

Through careful plannng and annoying the crap out of my brother by forcing the DVD on him, I've managed to change his favorite movie from Fight Club to Equilibrium. Heh. I know his tastes better than anyone. ;)

And now I'm watching AFI's 100 Years, 100 Cheers. Inspirational movies? Oh, fuck. I'm a blubbering idiot so this might actually make me cry. Yes, just watching the list will make me wibble. ... shut up.

Yup, Hotel Rwanda did it. I don't think I could watch any of that movie anymore without bursting into tears.

Oh, it's a wonderful movie, but it just kills you. There's a sequence where they're evacuating the foreigners (but not the native Rwandans), and just before the bus pulls away, these nuns and a priest show up from an orphanage with a huge crowd of little kids. The UN soldiers tell them the orphans have to stay, and Don Cheadle tells the priest and the nuns to just get on the bus and he'll take care of the orphans. I have never heard that many people sobbing like that in a movie theater in my life.

From what I heard, Jia (Vincent's model) was hit by a bus. It wasn't quite as serious as it sounds, if I'm remembering correctly, but it seems odd to me that any of the other four would give up their models at this point for Jia.

I thought I'd heard she was one--I mean, I know for sure her first question on waking up was, "Am I still in Project Runway?"

On the other hand, if it is Laura in the finale three, she could end up having to drop out for fairly obvious reasons, so....

Well, there's not too terribly much of the season left, so we'll find out soon enough.

A friend of mine with a serious Equilibrium love sat me down and watched it with me, squeeing all the while, the net result of which was I actually quite liked it. This turns out to be exceedingly rare.
