Particularly if they're installing Dish network for someone else. *groans*
You know, concerning last night's Heroes, I had a thought. It was mostly about Hiro's arrival in New York and Isaac's comic book. I don't know, I was just thinking about the timing of the comic and the visions contained therein when the events of the first episode happened on October first and the stuff in the second episode happened on November 8th. It made me wonder about whether or not Isaac can see the past, too, but mostly I was just thinking, "Oh, Isaac's poor brain."
Crap. Is it next Monday yet? *whimpers*
On the other hand, Studio 60 is losing me for three reasons.
1. The skits on the show aren't funny. Which is sad, considering how witty Sorkin can be, because the actors are holding their own. It's not them that's the problem (see: Sarah Paulson doing Holly Hunter voice), it's the writing.
2. The political ribbing is tired. For someone who wrote The West Wing, that's just not right.
3. The religious bashing (particularly "Science, Schmience", which ... seriously, that was supposed to be funny?) is pissing me off. It probably doesn't help -- or does, I suppose -- that Harriet is awesome and should probably smack everybody on the show upside the head. Especially Jordan, who appears to have robot face.
Urgh. I need to go take a nap and then answer some freakin' email for once.

Date: 2006-10-03 03:31 pm (UTC)And something completely random that I always wonder about. How do they know what day their episode is going to air at production time, so they can sync up their timeline with the viewing audience? How do they know this?
