YAY! Yuletide authors have been revealed!
Jan. 1st, 2007 01:33 amAnd for anybody who was wondering what I wrote ... :)
You Can't Take Him Anywhere, (Drop Dead Fred) -- Polly Cronin has never had a best friend.
That was my original assignment and while I'm really proud of how it turned out I'm not surprised it got the least amount of attention out of all of my stories (although I did get recced and the recipient liked it, so yay!). Every time I told someone in real life that I had to write a Drop Dead Fred story, they were like, "... you're kidding, right?" Heh. :)
Use Your Illusion, Too (Dexter) -- Deb copes (or something kind of like it) following the events of the season finale.
As soon as the list for the stocking stuffers went up, I dove on the first Dexter prompt I saw. HEEEEEEE. Okay, maybe it was cheating a little because I'd already had the idea before I ever saw the prompt, but STILL.
Into The Black (Heroes) -- A short piece about Nathan and flying.
One of the two stocking stuffers I wrote in the last two hours before the reveal while I was pretty drunk, which still makes me giggle. Because there can never be enough fic about Nathan and flying. Never, ever, ever, ever, EVER. The man had better fly again on the show and SOON, if only for the sake of my poor hormones.
Maybe, Maybe (Superman Returns) -- Futurefic, in which Jason White regrets something he'll never possess.
I love that kid. I love Clark loving that kid. I love thinking of that kid and his ginormous future teen angst.
