Five good things:

1. I've got my Remix fic halfway done! And I can finish the rest of it today, which means I can start my Big Bang fic tonight (... yes, I know), which means I can go to the movies and work on my original fic tomorrow. *rubs hands together in anticipation*

2. I bought a laser pointer for playing with the cat, and it turns out I finally bought a toy for the cat he likes. WOOHOO!

3. It's warm enough for me to wear the comfy kid's size shoes I bought.

4. I have cinnamon sweet potato chips.

5. Dead Silence is coming out this Friday. Dude, I don't even get it. I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to see 300 and yet the creepy-as-fuck evil marionette movie that's probably going to suck like a Hoover is making me go, "Man, I totally want to skip work for that." *hands in air*

Dude, the Dead Silence movie... Just the IDEA of that movie gives me nightmares. No, really I HEARD the ad playing in the other room and ran in with my hands over my ears and my eyes closed yelling "TURN IT OFF! TURN IT OFF!!!" To which my husband very calmly and SLOWLY turned the channel. Then talked to me like he was talking someone off a ledge..... What, doesn't he know dolls KILL!!!!

I was permanently freaked (okay, scarred) by the commercials for Magic (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077889/) as a little kid.
Imagine this: Huge tv screen (console tv that sat on the floor - it was the 70s) that suddenly goes black, like someone'd turned it off, then you see the dummy's face - just his face, and then you hear this said in a breathy, whispery voice "Abracadabra, I sit on his knee. Presto, change-o, and now he's me! Hocus Pocus, we take her to bed. Magic is fun...we're dead."

Because of that damned commercial, I had to sit with my eyes closed and my ears plugged in the theater when the trailer for Dead Silence played!

Pringles Select. I guess they're kind of new ... they're in an orange bag instead of those cannisters. I was all giddy when I spotted them, because I really wanted to try sweet potato chips but they've always got the salty kind and I wanted 'em with cinnamon. :)

I havent heard of the creepy-as-fuck evil marionette movie till now, and I gotta say with that sterling endorsement, I am fairly curious to see it!
