... until I've got a couple more Smirnoffs in me and I'm ready to recap.

Ask me a question. Anything at all, just as long as it's not too personal.

It's like picking a favorite child, except, you know, not. :)

Oh, my God, that outfit in Jay's collection with the purple tights? WAAAAANT. There are very few outfits I've wanted on that show more than that one, except perhaps for that brown dress of Michael's from the dog show. And yet I think I shipped everybody in the guys' room who wasn't Santino and I never did get around to writing the fic with the title "35D Is A Den Of Motherfucking Iniquity" where everybody else is fucking all over the damn place and Santino is all suspicious but of course they're not because they all have boyfriends.

Austin always made the dresses I wanted to wear. The poofy-skirt, classic style. I love that look, hee. (And how appropriate is it that he designs wedding dresses now? I totally want an Austin Scarlet wedding dress.) And I liked Jay's Empire State Building dress. I remember loving a LOT of Daniel's stuff but one piece doesn't really come to mind.

"35D Is A Den Of Motherfucking Iniquity"

Ahhh! Write it! I'd read it! :)

(What's with the icon? Something wanky happening? I miss all the fun stuff.)

Oh, an Austin wedding dress would be awesome. I'd kill for one, except I'd probably demand he make it out of corn husks just because that was a dress I would never wear and yet am head over heels in love with simply for existing that one time.

You know what I remember loving with little happy hearts? Andrae's gutter dress. When he finally stopped bursting into tears at the drop of a hat he designed some really gorgeous stuff.

You know what's really awesome? My uncle wrote a book about the history of blue jeans and he got Tim Gunn to write a positive blurb for the back of the book. And then he read excerpts at Parsons. To say I spazzed would be an understatement. :)

Heh. *snickers* I think I'd need a refresher at this point. I haven't seen any Project Runway since ... oh, man, since the end of season three. That's a little terrifying, actually, considering who ended up at Olympus Fashion Week. I can still wail about what the hell Michael must have been thinking, right? There's no statute of limitations on that, I hope?

(It's just something sarcastic [livejournal.com profile] esorlehcar said in response to the whole [livejournal.com profile] azewewish thing on Fandom Wank. I'm not sure if the wank deserved to make it that far just yet but the line itself made me spray Pepsi all over my computer monitor so I desired an icon and one magically appeared like unicorns and leprechauns. :))

Oh! I liked that gutter dress, too, come to think of it.

Your uncle is so freaking awesome, omg. Does he work in fashion? (Did you get to go to Parsons when he did the reading?)

Speaking of icons, I now FINALLY know where your flaily dinosaur comes from. Ahahahah.

I swear, by the time Andrae left I wanted to keep him like a puppy. I think it was the spectacular leaps from the spinning door at the Atlas. Every time he did it in those little yellow shorts, I was all, "WHEEEE!" :)

Nah, he's not in fashion, but his wife used to work for Levi's when they still lived in San Fran. I was dying to go with him to Parsons but no dice, alas. *sigh* (I never even got to meet him until last year, and we didn't even know about him until about six or seven years ago. If I had known him when I was growing up I probably would have worshiped the ground he walked on -- when we met we spent a good hour or so talking about writing and how I could never write nonfiction like he does and how he could never write fiction like I do and his next project and me trying to get published and we were all, "OMG I'M RELATED TO OTHER WRITERS!" on one another.)

Every time I see that commercial on TV now I have to stop what I'm doing and flail my arms along with it. :)
