Random stuff

apocalypsos-- Twenty-six hundred words of my Bigbang done so far. I want to try to get another four hundred to make it a solid three thousand before I leave for work tonight, which should be easy because the next scene is kinda in my head already and stuff. *rubs hands together in anticipation*
-- I hate when my shift moves around in a way where I have to start the work week on Monday. I like it better when it ends on Monday and I get to spend the next four weekdays sleeping in and drinking while everybody else is working. ;)
-- I feel like I'm not getting anything done because I haven't worked on my original fics for a while other than writing the occasional story note and whatnot. *sigh*
-- I forgot to say that my brother's girlfriend came to Easter dinner on Saturday night and is certifiably adorable. She managed to hold up gamely through nobody shutting up and nearly everybody being obnoxious at least once during the meal and even got Bryan to stay downstairs when dinner was over rather than running upstairs to play video games. He can keep this one. :)
-- My cat just hopped into my lap all, "I CLAIM THIS LAP FOR SIAM!" He plants a flag in my leg and off he goes.
