Why isn't writer's block a medical condition? Seriously, it feels like it should be. I think I'd be a happier person right now if I could just take two Aleve or something and be ready to pound away at a keyboard in two hours.
Until then, I'm the guest author on
spnroundtable this month, so ... you know, go ask me questions about my writing and fic and stuff.

Date: 2007-06-04 04:44 pm (UTC)I went on creative writing courses when I was younger, and that's what our inspirational course leader told us to do if we were struggling. (Apparently in her adult classes some psychological scientist bloke had said that there was some form of research that supported the bubble-blowing-watching-bubbles idea. Me, I just find it soothing to watch the colours.)
I've had writer's block on/off for the past couple of years, and done things like gone for walks and tried to relax, but blowing and watching bubbles always works best for me!
:) Best of luck getting over it!
