America's Got Talent
Jun. 27th, 2007 11:09 amSo I've been missing the show since it aired thanks to work (*sigh*), but I did catch it last night and while they have yet to post a clip of the Glamazons on Youtube from last night (who were round and big and great singers and faaaabulously gorgeous) I did go through a few of the new clips to see who's good so far this season.
First up, the Fault Line. Yeah, their look needs work. But I do think they're a good example of people who rocked their auditions. (I always find it fascinating when people will argue over people at the first auditions using critiques like, "They were off pitch here," or, "Their leg was an inch too high here!" Seriously, if you have to go into that much detail in the first audition to find fault with them, they're one of the better acts.)
Next, Cas Haley. So far, Cas is my favorite from the clips that I've seen so far. And personally I think his look works just fine for him, 'cause that was laidback and casual and brilliant fun. Plus, he's sweet and I kinda want to pat him on the head. :)
And then there's KASHIF! Aw, Kashif. Such a little dork, but ... but it's hypnotic. It's like Napoleon Dynamite performing Bollywood.
And then there's Terry Fator. Okay, he's a ventriloquist, but this was actually pretty cute.
Well, even though they haven't gotten a clip of the Glamazons performing last night up yet they do have a clip of them performing at the GLBT Expo, so there's that. NSFW, for the record.
