In other news, I think I'm rearranging the

apocalyptothon assignments right now in such a way that I'll end up without an assignment. Which kinda sucks 'cause I've already started it (although nobody said I had to stop, right?), but on the other hand I've got so much on my plate right now that if giving away my assignment to someone else will help sort things out over there I've got absolutely no problem with that. After all, technically I wouldn't really be dropping out of my own ficathon. ;)

1.) If you could rename yourself, what would it be?

Oh, man, I used to have these grand ideas of changing my name when I turned eighteen because my first name is so damn common and my last name is so freaking complicated for people. I think if I were going to rename myself at all I'd change my last name back to what it would have been if my dad hadn't been adopted by my grandfather when he'd married my grandmother (which would make it Sullivan), which would probably piss off everybody in my damn family, so ... yeah. As for my first name ... God, I'm so used to Jennifer by now I don't think I could give it up.

I'd probably change my middle name to Danger, though. I mean, come on. If nothing else it would amuse guys in bars. ;)

2.) If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Being able to travel through space and time like Hiro. I've always wanted that one just so that I could travel anywhere I wanted.

3.) What colour socks are you wearing? ((If you aren't wearing socks, what colour shoes do you own?))

Heh. Well, right now I'm wearing black ballet flats. I've have some old beaten-up white sneakers I wear to work because they're comfy, some black boots I wear with jeans in the winter, these black high-heeled knee-high boots that I wear with short skirts when I go to bars ... um, those are the ones I wear most.

4.) Cyndi Lauper VS Cher - who wins?

I love Cyndi Lauper, but Cher would SO kick her ass.

5.) What's your favourite terrible and cheesy movie of all time?

Oh, damn, there are so many movies that I have and love that are just terrible cheesy movies. Did I mention that I own Oscar? Yeah, the Sylvester Stallone movie. I don't even know why it amuses me, it just does. And I adore UHF which, damn it, now I want to watch it again. Oh, oh! And my dad and I both own copies of Down Periscope because we both love submarine movies no matter how awful.

1) Of your fandoms, which would you most like to live in?

Usually I'd like to live in the X-Men movieverse even with all of the bigotry and hatred and fighting, just because I'd like superpowers and I like the range of superhuman abilities there more than I do in The 4400. But sometimes I'd really love to try out the Ugly Betty 'verse if only because there's ALWAYS something awesome and strange and dramatic happening.

2) If you were the only one who could stop the Apocolypse, would you?

I'd like to think I would, but some days and some people, man ... *shakes head*

3) Of your favorite pairings, which character would you take the place of?

Hmm ... with Sam/Dean, I'd have to take Dean's place, if only because Dean would be a pissy angsty bitch without family around but I think Sam could handle it just fine. Out of Betty/Henry, oh, give me Henry. Please. In real life. I WANT ONE. *grabbyhands* Hmm, out of Jared/Jensen, swap Jared out and me in. I love Jared but Sandy's so cute she can totally keep him.

4) Zombies attack, rocks are falling, and minions of hell are coming up out of the pavement: What do you do?

Well, I want to think I'd pick up a shotgun and start plugging zombies left and right, but then again I'm an optimist. ;)
