apocalypsosSo I found the video of that guy my mom mentioned who was on Good Morning America.
And now I want to hit him. A lot.
Look, I spent two whole months arguing with Compaq to get them to fix what was broken. I sent letters, I called them over and over again, I filed a complaint with the BBB. And they finally came around and had me send it in, and gave me an extended warranty to boot.
But apparently I could have just given up after that initial phone call and tossed the computer into a woodchipper. If I'd done that and recorded the fun, I'd be holding a shiny new laptop right now!
*eye roll*
(It doesn't help to see him acting like a dipstick in the comments. Sheesh.)
