So Jess and I do this thing at work when we really hate doing stuff, where we just look at each other and say, like, "Oh, sweeping. Yeah, that's my favorite. I heart it." And when we say "heart," we draw a heart in the air with our fingers, because we are in fact complete boobs.

Know why I currently heart Journeyman? And not in a sarcastic way?

Because I didn't realize until rewatching the pilot right now that the toolbox that Dan buries the ring in is the same one Aeden Bennett uses as a prop ten episodes later to make Katie think he's the plumber.

I mean, it's such a small thing but ... oh. Oh, SHOW. *cuddles it*

ETA: Oh, oh! And remember in the first episode when Dan was going on and on about where he'd been and Katie was like, "You've been hanging out with Eddie again, haven't you?" I completely forgot about that line and now that I've been reminded of it I'm rewatching the tenth episode and that's Blair Underwood's character's name. (I'm sorry, I never remember it, I keep looking at him and thinking, "PRETTY!")

But ... yes. Eddie. Gambling buddy. DUH.

The show's attention to detail is fantastically insane! I was watching this weeks ep and it was so twisty and dark and action intensive that I kept screaming at the tv, "How can they not want this show?! It's so friggin' awesome!!" I will really be sad (and possibly, temporarily pouty) if it doesn't get picked up for a full season.


ps: I think it's the SeaQuest guy Don Franklin that plays Eddie.
