Original pilot had a different boyfriend for Sarah and the end of it was the three moving into a different house and Sarah putting guns in the walls (including the moment in my icon!); otherwise, pretty much the same.

Hmm, it's not much different, now that I've seen them both, and I rather like the few changes they made, so you should be fine^^

The most I can figure (from watching them back to back) is that if they took anything out, it's not really noticeable, but they added scenes.

Oh, and they recast the jilted fiancee.

It's actually a bit better than the original, I think. They made a good choice with the casting of the fiancé and Cameron seems more rounded this time 'round. All in all, a lovely start to the new canon^^
