There's the recipe for the peach pizza from Top Chef!

Now I just have to get the extra cash to make it. And, you know, have someone translate that recipe from Chef to Idiot for me.

EDIT: And because I dare one of you Australians to make it, the recipe for the pizza that has Vegemite in it. Supposedly it was really good but I tried Vegemite once at Wincon and I'm done now. :)

I don't watch Top Chef (no Bravo in my dorm), but I imagine it looked good. Peaches! Sausage! Cheese! On a pizza!

Oh, man, the peaches were in these big fat hunks, and it was deep-dish and it was pretty much the yummiest-looking one out of them all. (I don't think any of the chefs had made a deep-dish pizza before, so there were a couple that were just a big mess.)

The one with Vegemite in it came in on top with the peach one -- Rocco DiSpirito was the guest judge and he loved the Vegemite one even though he hates Vegemite -- but there is no way in hell I'm ever, ever, EVER making anything with Vegemite in it. *gags*

I don't know about it being on pizza, but vegimite (has to be used sparingly) and honey is the best thing ever on buttered toast.

Wow, that recipe totally needs a translation from Chef. Good lord. I can do that, but I wish I knew how many pans they used on the show, and what seasonings they mean. Did they cook the rocket in the same pan as the sausage fat? Or was it done separately?
