California's top court overturns gay marriage ban

Alas, they're going to try to fuck it up with a constitutional amendment (booooooo), but until then, YAY!

That's fabulous news. Now if only Californians will be smart enough to defeat the constitutional amendment. I have no such hope for Floridians--hopefully I'm wrong.
