... and go over "Mystery Spot" for the Bitchwatch? I could swear there's nothing in there so it would be really easy, I don't have it on my computer, and it's a lot better than asking somebody to rewatch "Malleus Maleficarum" or something with Ruby or Bela in it, right?

Pleeeeease? I'm downloading "Jus In Bello" and "A Very Supernatural Christmas" right now, so I've got those. The finale's covered. And if anybody's willing to suffer through "Malleus Maleficarum", "Time Is On My Side", or "Dream A Little Dream Of Me" for me that would be really helpful. Two have Bela and one is ... well, "Malleus Maleficarum," so you may have to pay more attention.

Don't mind me. I just really want to get this out of the way tonight. :)

Got both. Er, not that I can probably /do/ both tonight, but either one would work. Dunno which is least likely to get volunteers (they're both such fun episodes *snerk*), and don't really care between them which one I do.

Things I learned while rewatching TIMOS:

1) Jared and Jensen are way too pretty.
2) I am disturbingly practiced at ignoring /how/ things are said in favor of the general meaning
3) TIMOS is really freaking tame compared to the rest of the season.

...no, seriously. The word bitch is used three times: once (by Dean) saying "This immortality thing's a bitch", once (by Dean) saying that the "bitch of the bunch" is that they could have helped Bela if she'd asked, and once by /Bela/ about Lilith. (So if we're only taking references to people, it's a count of zero for Dean, plus the Bela one.) Slut, skank, and whore don't get used at all. There's a throwaway line about "some crabby old broad", in the first scene by one of the spa workers griping about their clients; Dean refers to the doctor's victims as "poor bastards"; and there's things that trip my misogyny trigger in a) insults to Dean's mother, from the demon they're torturing at the beginning of the episode, and b) the use of the blow-up dolls for Bela to 'kill'. But there's really not a whole lot of direct insult going on.

...unless it just kind of passed by me unnoticed. Which it might have. But. Yeah. (Then again, the ep didn't have Ruby in it *wry g*)

Heh. I had to rewatch "Heart" before, and it wasn't until about the scene before I realized, "Oh, wait, there's a sex scene coming up, isn't there?" 'cause I was too busy paying attention to the words. :)
