Is it as pathetic as I think it is that I'm trying to lose 5-10 pounds right now not because I'm overweight in the least, but because I can't fit into most of my clothes and I can't afford to buy new ones?
Not pathetic at all. Very smart really. Trust me: it's better to nip this in the bud while you're only 5 to 10 pounds over before it gets to 20, 30, 40. (Hellew!)
Been there, done that. I've also done the reverse where I've had to gain weight because I can't afford to buy new clothes. So, I'm gonna say it's not pathetic, but practical. *hugs*
Nope, I do it every spring. Except I'm late this year, I had to go to a wedding last night and went through at least 15 outfits before I found anything I could button/zip.
No, not pathetic at all. It's quite frustrating not to be able to wear stuff, and it's just those annoying few sneaky pounds that's the toughest to shed. Good luck. I am never able to do that if I try, it goes the other way - I gain pound extra.
