The traffic DJ on the radio before said that traffic's light tonight because, and I quote, "the weather kept a lot of people home from work today." We had maybe an inch of snow today.

I feel like telling people I drove to work and back last year in a foot of snow. It's entirely possible people here would think I had superpowers and worship me as a minor diety.

Those commercials for the Borders "Make Your Own Box Set" Sale? True love, man. True love. Especially the "Don't you die on me!" box set. I figure out the theme about a second before they said it, and I can't decide whether that's cool or pathetic.

I love listening to Don & Mike. "There's still no cure for cancer, but we're building a house on the moon!" *snerk* It's wrong I found that funny, but still.

And also, I'm only one dress size bigger than Paris Hilton?! Cheeseburgers! Bring me all of the cheeseburgers in the land!

awww...I used to be able to listen to Don & Mike. Mike, the golden boy - comedy gold! Ah, the good old days on 102.7 before they yanked ALL THE TALK SHOWS OFF! I miss Opie & Anthony too. I still maintain the sex in St. Patrick's bit - while not the greatest idea in retrospect - was HILARIOUS at the time - just handled incredibly badly.

I most of all, I miss the poor victims of the NYC radio fall out - Ron and Fez. Ah, Fezzie-lou. What I wouldn't give to hear a Fezitorial right now.

Sounds like the newscasters who make a big deal out of an inch of rain. They act like it's the end of the world and we're all gonna die, lol.

Wow. *commercials*?? I WORK for the company and I've never seen commercials. The things you learn.

The box set idea is genius, I think. You should see some of the ones my coworkers have come up with.

"F*ck your box set!" - all Colin Farrell
"Californiwhat?" - Arnie movies
"I've got a what on my head?" - actors over 6.5 feet tall

It goes on and on. ;)
