Ellie and Sarah were teasing Chuck about the framed Tron poster on his wall earlier in the episode. At the end of the episode, when he was in his bedroom alone, he took it off the wall as if he were thinking of throwing it out but flipped it over instead to reveal a Chart of Awesomeness mapping out all of the people and clues he knows so that he can find out who put the Intersect in his head and how he can get it out.

It was brilliant. It's just a small reminder that for as goofy and flaily as the guy can get, Chuck is really fantastically smart.
