Uncle Marty did have a bag full of money, but he showed up on the boat at the beginning of the pilot with that. Considering the gun that was with it, I imagine it'll turn out to be money he robbed from criminals, or possibly from the Wellingtons, before the party on the boat ever started.
I don't know ... I just feel like the Wellington men are too obvious for, like, serial murder. I mean, I can buy Richard trying to kill Trish to cover his ass (and oh, God, that sounds weird to me because that's my aunt and uncle's names), but not serial murder, even if it's with a partner.
When it comes to Jimmy, I think he's a sweetheart, but I also temper that with imagining he's the killer or one of the killers because, let's face it, right now he has no other personal flaws. He's nice, he's cute, the worst thing he's done is be upset over Abby leaving. Yawn? There's got to be something else going on there. Everybody else has a flaw -- where the hell is his?
