Yay! Schwarzenegger's officially been voted in as governor of California! I'm so very thrilled. Now I can keep hearing those wonderful Arnie-as-governor puns in the media for the next four years! What bliss!

And hey, it's Marriage Protection Week, which means we should all celebrate it the way we did when we were kids -- with bold-faced lies and bullshit so deep you'll stink of it for weeks. Months, even. (I second kielle. If you think like this, please take me off your friends list. And here's a quarter to go buy some common fucking sense.)

You know, I was kind of hoping that the whole Schwarzenegger-as-governor thing was some insane half-unconscious delusion at five in the morning, but I was wrong, I guess.

Uh, he doesn't really think he won because he's a good politician and the best candidate, does he? Does he?!

You realize, though, that if you go back and see who voted for him, you'll find that every single one of them has a script they wrote that they'd like him to produce. And just for the record, I'm sick of trying to remember how to spell Schwarzenegger. I think that from now on, I shall call him Sneeze, because that's what his name sounds like when you take a deep breath and say it really, really fast.

Oh, and congratulations go out to Satan. Somewhere between the Cubs making the playoffs and the new governor of California, now he can start that professional hockey league he's always wanted.

I think I've just applied what's quite possibly the most horrendous nail color I've ever seen.

It's hideous. I bought it at Old Navy today because it was orange (well, sorta) and Halloweenish, which will inevitably sell me on anything, however tacky it may be. And this ... it's the color of Creamsicles, and it's got these sparkly things in it, and ... and --

ACK!!! The evil's crawling up my fingers! Begone, black-hearted fiend! You'll never take me alive!
