... Degarabedian theorized, "Boys like to see the word 'man', not 'woman'," in their action flicks.
No, you idiot, it's not "man" or "woman" boys dislike in their action flicks, it's "obvious, mind-numbing crap". Then again, you could be right. Maybe guys don't like tough women in their action flicks, which is why Kill Bill, Terminator 2, the Alien movies, and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon didn't make any goddamn money.

ithurtsmybrain fic tonight or reviewing Dante's Peak. Urgh.
OBSESSIVE EX-BOYFRIEND OF EDIT: You know, I saw The Bourne Supremacy today and would have written a review for it, but I can pretty much sum it up by saying it's five million times better than Catwoman and I still would pick Matt Damon over Ben Affleck in a heartbeat. And you know what? First exercise, then write.
LOUD-MOUTHED BEAUTY CONSULTANT OF EDIT: The more time that passes, the more I love my new haircut.
INSANE DANCE INSTRUCTOR OF EDIT: "Because We Can" from the Moulin Rouge! soundtrack is one of the best songs to exercise to, but sweet Jesus in jockey shorts, is it exhausting to keep up with. *collapses* (My problem is that my idea of exercise basically involves a couple hundred stomach crunches followed by putting headphones on and dancing and/or exercising to music for a half hour or so, and when I put on that song, I feel obligated to basically do a can-can type thingy. I suppose it'd be less embarrassing if I had the right costume and three other dancing girls ... but then again perhaps not. Oh, well, fifteen more minutes to go.)

*facepalm* Ow. Just ... just ow.
EDIT: You know, if I hadn't already found one newer fic worth reccing, I wouldn't be there anymore. I forgot how many Mary Sues were in the X-Men Movieverse section. *whimper*
OVERWORKED EDITOR OF EDIT: Okay, that's officially the first time I've ever seen Marie/Logan written as Marion.
