apocalypsos: (grr)
It's snowing out. GRRRR. ARGH. It's not like it's all that much, 'cause it looks like the entire town's been dusted with powdered sugar, but still.

That scary TV show I'm addicted to has ruined me for going into the closets when it's dark, particularly in the one with the door that closes behind you. ACK.

In other news, I heart eFile like a great cuddly thing. If I had an easy button and I only got to use it for one thing, I'd use it to do my taxes for the rest of my life. GYAH. Basic math haaaaaaate.

My parents have this thing in the wall between their dining room and kitchen that's basically wooden bars in a frame. They took out the whole thing today to replace it and found that before my dad had put in the frame, I wrote my name, the date (October something, 1986, which would have made my little brother six months old at the time), the word "BORN" and the day I was born in 1977, and then the word "DIED" in big letters right under it.

Um ... I hope that's not some sort of omen.

*shifty eyes*

Stupid fate-tempting nine-year-old me.

Finally got around to putting tags on all of my fic by fandom: Supernatural, Project Runway RPS, Terminator, The 4400, Veronica Mars, Firefly, X-Men Movieverse, Desperate Housewives, Highlander, Buffy/Angel, Lost, Frequency, The Shawshank Redemption, Jake 2.0, Smallville, Finding Nemo, Charmed, The Sixth Sense, Pirates of the Caribbean, My Secret Identity, The Tomorrow People (New Series), The Day After Tomorrow, and Dead Like Me.

Heh. It looks like so much more fic than it really is listed out like that. *giggles*

Stupid snowstorm. Can you tell how bored I am? ;)
apocalypsos: (boo praise)
Okay, so I'm going to make sure I watch all of those first two episodes of Top Chef today, but what I've already decided is --

a.) The only thing that's really throwing me off as of right now is the same problem I have with other cooking shows, that I can't tell if the food tastes good by looking at it.
b.) I'm rooting for Stephen, the great big snob. Go figure.
c.) Billy Joel's wife is no Heidi Klum, but she is awfully adorable.

If I were really bored, I would sign up for Daniel V./Andrae over at [livejournal.com profile] 1sentence, regardless of the fact that the season's over.

You know, if I were really bored. Which I'm not.

Oh, look! Something shiny! *bounds off*
