New Hampshire's a bit iffy but possible, D.C.'s marriage recognition law unfortunately depends on the approval of Congress thanks to their demented home rule situation, and Gov. Paterson is trying to pass gay marriage through in NY come hell or high water before he's voted out. We're living in interesting times. :)
