Okay, so the school speech in "Whale Rider" joins the last half-hour of "The Color Purple" and the scene where Liam Neeson breaks down in "Schindler's List" on the short list of movie sequences guaranteed to make me blubber like an infant.

Notice how I specified "movie sequences," since I have been known to cry over "In Memorium" Oscar reels, disgustingly adorable Beanie Babies, and the occasional Pepsi commercial.

You so know that's going to be her Oscar clip, too. Bah ... another reason for the Oscars to make me weep. (Although if she were to win, it'd be advantageous, what with me already crying and all.)
