The normal periods through six months of pregnancy thing is like, MY GREATEST FEAR.

Make it a single birth instead of twins, and that could pretty much have been my pregnancy.

On the pill, no morning sickness, no symptoms that could not be attributed to the fact that my body hated being on estrogen based birth control.

And let's not even get into the alcohol consumption. I was very active in the Society for Creative Anachronism at the time, and as a squire alcohol consumption in the evenings was virtually mandatory.

I was so damn lucky my daughter turned out fine.
