So I had fish for breakfast and took a long walk and now I'm drinking water and trying not to hyperventilate.

Okay, so maybe I'm a little out of shape. *shifty eyes*

In related news, I was looking through my bureau for something else and found a treasure trove of barely-worn size 8 jeans I didn't even know I had. The only two pairs of jeans I currently fit into are my two pairs of size 10s. FML.
