Things that I have accomplished today:

1. Getting a temporary crown on the tooth on the left side of my mouth.

2. Attempting to jog a mile. (Which ended up being more like jog a block and a half, walk and hyperventilate for a hundred feet, jog another half block, walk and hyperventilate another hundred feet, etc.)

3. I made candied walnuts for snacks and apple-stuffed chicken breasts for dinner.

4. I enjoyed the schadenfreude that comes with SC Governor Sanford's press conference about spending the entire weekend that he was missing crying in Argentina with his mistress. (I still think there's something else he's not sharing with the class. Like maybe that his mistress has a penis.)

That's about it. Oh, man, I need to write some more tonight, too, don't I? *sigh*

I can sympathize on the running thing. I finally got serious about trying to run last October and ended up using the Couch-to-5k Plan (http://www.coolrunning.com/cgi-bin/moxiebin/bm_tools.cgi?print=181;s=2_3;site=1) and it made a pretty big difference. Or at least, I was able to run for more than 5 minutes at the time.

I had to give up the running because of twinges in the knees, but I can recommend that website as a realistic plan to attempting jogging without killing oneself. :)

I absolutely love RecipeZaar! I love to experiment in the kitchen and I can always find something new and different on RecipeZaar. The apple-stuffed chicken sounds delish. I got a pancake recipe (#106337) I got from the site is awesome!

Oh, I found it a month or so ago when I was trying to search for recipes by ingredients and it was awesome so I've totally been playing with it. I keep having to adjust recipes for one person, but so far so good.

That chicken was SO yummy. I didn't have cider so I didn't make the sauce, but the chicken and apples alone was great. It made my entire kitchen smell almost like apple pie. :)
