I'm on team anyone-but-Evan. And I like the guy, but I am SO bitter about Melissa.

And I think I'm okay with Evan just because I like his personality and I like his dancing even though I don't think it's top four-worthy. I think it should be Jeanine or Brandon, though, because I like them both in personality and dancing. Kayla doesn't interest me in any way, shape or form. She actually tends to grate the hell out of me.

I think that may have the one time he didn't make his partner look better simply by virtue of him never making the judges happy enough. Heh.

I don't think there has been crump this year, but I'm not precisely sure.

I totally agree with you about Kayla. She is a technically good dancer, but she just doesn't connect with me emotionally at all.

And I was just thinking that I hope Evan being in the top 4 doesn't mean that Ryan is now SOL for next season. *hopes*

I'm really hoping that they won't be able to get out of putting Ryan into the top 20 next season. I know it's probably cheating, but for as popular as Evan is, I get the impression Ryan is even MORE popular, and they feel obligated to put him through. 'Cause really, he came THIS close this season, you can't tell me he's not talented enough to get there. *crosses fingers*

Kayla is like the opposite of Jeanine for me. I started out the season very meh on Jeanine, and now she's my favorite girl. (I'd love to hang out with her. She seems like a blast. :)) Whereas I actually sort of liked Kayla at first, but she's been boring the pants off me for weeks. And the judges constantly kissing her ass isn't making me like her any more.

I'm torn between wanting Jeanine or Brandon to win more, Jeanine because she's bubbly and fun, and Brandon because Mia and Lil C shit all over him in the beginning and I want him to go out and win to show them. Hmph.

I've always thought that Ryan was the more talented of the two, so I'm hoping that, and his popularity, will carry him through to the top 20 this time.

Yeah, I feel the same way about Jeanine. I really miss both Janette and Melissa, but I've always liked Jeanine a lot. I am seriously hoping she wins, even though I do agree about Brandon. It would be kind of poetic to see that, but it's really time for a girl to win again. A girl that is not Kayla, at least.

I really think she has the best solos. It looks like she puts thought into them instead of just flailing around onstage.

I love her. I love her SO MUCH. She's just this pint-sized pile of awesome, and that solo was phenomenal.

And yeah, she thinks about it. That's one reason why Kayla bothers me ... because I swear she's been doing the same solo all season and half the time she looks like she's screwing up that one step and it's distracting.

I agree about Kayla's solos, and I like her actual routines a lot. Brandon's solos come off the same way to me, only substitute flipping for flailing.

The judges' comments about the last dance confused me a little. I'm trying to figure out where they got the idea that Evan has such a huge nastiness deficiency compared to Brandon. Off the stage they're both fairly cuddly and bashful. :P

I flipped over from AGT halfway through it and ... eh. It was good for people who aren't in the top 4 of SYTYCD, but ... well, they are, so it was fairly lame.

Ugh. I hate her solo. And of course, the judges adore it.

I always feel like I can DO them. Which ... no. No, I can't. She doesn't make them look effortless, she makes them look easy. If that even makes sense.

I love Kayla. She dances her ASS off every single time and she's been fighting her way out of the bottom two almost every week. It doesn't matter what the judges think or say about her. America made her the underdog from the beginning, so I never considered her a lock for the top four, six, or even ten. Come on. You can't tell me she was boring in the addiction routine.

Yes, I can. I just ... I don't like her. She doesn't connect with me at all. It's a personal thing. I'm sure she's a very nice person, and everybody left is a good dancer in their own right, but something about her just grates on me and I can't enjoy her performances. Not even the addiction one, and I'm willing to admit that was her best one.

I know the judges and their opinions are fairly useless at this point -- see: Evan, and why he's still here -- and because I already don't like her, hearing the judges compliment her when I'd rather have Janette or Melissa in her place just bugs me. It's not hate, it's just ... eh. Kayla's dancing, I think I'll go make myself a sandwich. *shrugs*

Lol I understand. Because that's how I feel about Evan now. Ever since Randi left and he got to stay, and stay, and stay, I haven't had much interest in his dancing at all (especially his solos, which like Kayla's are aaaaall the same). Kid's just not as good as the rest of them. I feel like he doesn't deserve to be there over Jason and Ade.

Oh, yeah, I'll freely admit that the only reason I'd be happy if he won is because I think he's adorable and sweet, not because of his dancing, which has been lacking. I feel like if Ryan were here rather than him, he'd be doing a better job. :)

I'm not even ashamed to say I don't even care if they send him to the top 20 next season simply out of obligation due to the fact I think he's even more popular than Evan is and I'm pretty sure the audience would have a conniption fit if they didn't. ;)
